ASADOR ENTERTAINMENT
This Organization is hosting the first edition of the AJUMAKO ENYAN ESSIAM ENTERTAINMENT AND BUSINESS AWARDS 2024 and the Sponsor (YOUKEN GROUPS ) wishes to support the Event by providing certain benefits to the awardees.
THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
- Sponsorship Benefits:
The Sponsor agrees to provide the winner of the Artist of the Year category with a one-year free distribution service for their music.
The Sponsor will also offer free distribution services for the mastered recordings of a single provided by the Organizer for the winners of the other categories.
2. Distribution of Royalties:
The Sponsor will distribute the royalties generated from the distribution of the songs to the respective artists as follows:
80% to the artist
20% to the Sponsor
3. Obligations of the Organizer:
The Organizer will ensure that the winners of each category are provided with professionally mastered recordings of a single, which will be submitted to The Sponsor for distribution.
The Organizer will promote the Sponsor’s contributions during the Event and in any related promotional materials.
The awards will take place on 1st September 2024 at Nsaakoah Hotel
