Naayo John-Kennedy, also known as Kenson, was born on November 18, 1999, in Nkwanta, located in the Oti Region of Ghana. His parents are Naayo Godwin, a teacher, and Awiaga Margaret, a trader.
Kenson completed his education at St. Mary’s Seminary Senior High School, Lolobi, in 2019. After graduating from high school, he embarked on creating his own brand, which he named Naayo Collections. In 2020, he expanded his brand by adding Trend Ghana Network, which encompasses various entities such as Trend Ghana Records, Trend Ghana TV, Trend Ghana Films, GBOT, and GBOT Foundation.
Although his initial passion was to become a doctor, Naayo John-Kennedy decided to join the Ghana Armed Forces, specifically the Ghana Navy, in 2021, specializing as a Wireless Telegraphy Communicator.
In 2024, Naayo John-Kennedy ventured into the real estate business, further diversifying his professional endeavors
